Modifying the Product

After being called out during lessons, Andy contacted the printing company, who had information on S.O.N.'s product. The man at the printed company, who Andy knows, informed Andy on the prototype of their product, telling them the ink format was not compatible, and must be changed to CMYK instead of RGB. This meant that the entire product had to be modified, but it didn't take as much time as first thought.
